We are a sales and marketing company, but people and ideas are really our products. We provide feet on the street and innovative solutions for companies trying to increase sales, or brand awareness. Acting as an extension of our client's sales or marketing team, we help design, manage, and own the execution of all their field marketing needs.

Firsthand Marketing is looking to assemble a team of all-stars that have the drive and ambition to make it in the world of sales and marketing. If you are seeking a new challenge, or looking to give your career a real kick we are able to offer full and part-time, permanent positions to suit your needs.

In order to ensure we continue to retain the best of the best, chosen candidates for our sales positions will be trained extensively on product information, sales techniques and company guidelines. Initial training includes a combination of classroom, in field training, shadowing. Consistent coaching is provided and infield visits with management are scheduled monthly or as needed.

We work with industry leaders who demand the best of the best. While formal education and proven sales results are assets, we are often willing to train these skills as a positive attitude, in many cases is the biggest factor to success.
